Project Overview
Cochecho Plumbing and Hydronic Heating has served homeowners in New Hampshire’s Seacoast since 1989. Owner Kevin Coppinger specializes in boilers, steam heat and hydronic systems. We brought that expertise into a new website and built a practical way for him to stay in touch with prospective customers.
The Problem
The business had outgrown its aging WordPress website. Kevin needed a fresh foundation that explained his specialist work and made it easy to request help. Homeowners considering boiler repair or replacement also needed useful information before they were ready to call.
The Solution
We rebuilt the website on Squarespace, with dedicated service pages and direct routes to request a quote. Educational content helps homeowners understand their options and the value of a careful evaluation. A downloadable boiler guide and automated follow-up emails extend that conversation beyond the first visit, giving interested homeowners a useful next step.
Outcome
The website, guide and follow-up automation are live. In the first few months after the site launched, we saw a significant increase in traffic and leads coming in. Kevin even said he’d have to hire more team members if more leads came in. His feedback provides an early indication that the site is attracting the kinds of conversations the business wants.
